I highly recommend Learning Techniques one-​day speed reading course. I have always been a slow reader and was skeptical that I could improve in my 40’s. I have to read a lot of medical articles and proposals for work but since I’m not a scientist I find it daunting. This course has helped immensely.
I was amazed that my speed almost tripled in the course of one day and my comprehension vastly improved. It is now one week since the class and both speed and comprehension have continued to increase.
Dr. Feldman is an extremely knowledgeable and effective teacher. He makes the day enjoyable and fast with his relaxed style, humor and insight. It was useful that the course focuses on both fiction and non-​fiction reading.
Participants were a nice mix of ages and professions including finance, business, scientific research, fundraising, filmmaking, and pre-​med. There were two high school students in my class. I highly recommend it for that age and plan to send my teenaged son. I think it will make a huge difference in standardized tests and schoolwork.

I’ve recommended this course to many friends because the techniques simply work. What was most amazing was the psychology behind how they work and why they work. It has inspired some additional research on my part and has led to a voracious consumption of all kinds of text. :)

I was a bit skeptical about the legitimacy of a «speed reading» class, but after taking the course I am a believer. I nearly doubled my reading speed by the end of the class. The techniques offered are great for coursework or general reading. By practicing the techniques offered it is possible to triple your reading speed! Thank you so much.
