As a practicing dentist for over 25 years, and a former Associate Professor at NYU School of Dentistry, Dr. Gedz possess strong experience in both restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Throughout the years, she has cultivated and maintained excellent relationships with many loyal clients. Dr. Gedz is certified in Invisalign, Facial Injectables, in addition she also has a high success rate in treating patients with Sleep apnea. Dr. Liana Gedz takes great pride in her compassionate, informative and caring approach to cosmetic and restorative dentistry.

Dr. Liana Gedz is a dental superstar! Having been traumatized by an awful dental experience with a different dentist years prior, I put off — for yeeears — getting several cavities filled. Dr. Gedz, sensitive to my fear, assuaged my anxieties with her friendliness, humor, deft skill, and relaxing environment her office exudes. Despite all my fears, my worst cavity was filled within 15 minutes, with no pain, and Enya playing in the background! Not to mention, I am a new mom, and she was so helpful in working with my husband and I, give the scheduling constraints of our new family. I SO HIGHLY recommend her!

Dr Gedz is phenomenal. I suffer from extreme anxiety at the dentist & was able to have her do my cleaning, The staff in this place is awesome too. If you need them to hold your hand during your appointment it’s done without a problem. Patricia will find out how much you will have to contribute out of pocket if anything before you leave the office & set up a payment plan if need be. I will refer this office to anyone I know just because on a whole a great office. I have been to two great dental offices & this is one.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Gedz and EVERYONE who works at Nova Dental!
After reading all the positive reviews on Unilocal and Zocdoc I decided to make an appointment. At first I was hesitant; I have been with the same Dentist almost all my life! After my first visit with Liana I knew I had made a solid choice. I have recommended her to friends, family, co-​workers, even strangers! She takes so much pride in her work which is evident the moment you meet her. She genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to make sure they leave the office feeling happy and confident.
As all of the other reviews have stated – it’s a great team of women and if you need a Dentist, you should for sure check her out. The fact that I am even writing my first Unilocal review to recommend a Doctor speaks for itself!

uh-​ma-​zing. Every single thing about this place is amazing.
The first time I called Dr. Gedz the office was closed, which I expected being that i called after 5pm on a week day. I left a voicemail and got a call back the next day. I was in a bit of a bind and needed to see the Dr asap. They were wonderful. The girls on the phone worked their hardest to accommodate me. She even promised that if the Dr. had to stay after on each day of the week she would (after meeting Dr. Gedz i believe it. I had received such wonderful service on the phone that i was actually excited to get to the office. I unfortunately didn’t bring my insurance card yet the wonderful young lady at the front desk told me not to worry. She checked absolutely everything. Benefits, copays, fees, all of it laid out for me. I was amazed that she pulled all my benefits for me because its usually a «i don’t know ma’am you have to call your insurance company». I waited all 15 minutes while filling out paperwork. Into the chair i went, the whole experience was great. She did everything herself. She made me feel as comfortable as i possible could have been at the dentists office. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a dentist. Accommodating, friendly, efficient, and smart. I love this office.

Dr. Liana Gedz is one of the best dentists I’ve ever seen. Just a great overall experience. No wait, caring manner, clean office, wonderful staff, and takes the time to ensure you understand your teeth! An experience I haven’t had at any other dentist office and I will certainly use her going forward. Also, bonus points for allowing me to pick the music on Spotify during my cleaning — very cool!

I was recommended by a friend to go to Dr. Gedz. She was very gentle which makes your visits to the dentist so much better, the atmosphere was great and I will defiantly keep coming here to get my regular check ups, she’s wonderful!

I went to Dr. Gedz for the first time yesterday, and so far I am beyond impressed by her. I was in a lot of pain when I went in and she was able to talk me through it, and explained everything along the way. She was able to ease my nerves and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. She referred me to another doctor to help with my widom teeth, but reassured me that she would be there if I needed anything and even went as far as to give me her personal cell number in case I had any concerns. I feel lucky to have finally found a dentist that really seems to care, and relieved that I can begin to solve each of my dental concerns with someone who knows what they are doing!
