Lital is one of the most amazing, professional and energetic people i’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She is extremely thorough, walks you through the entire laser hair removal process and tailors her treatment per client. The results have been phenomenal so far (I am currently on my second treatment)!

Lital is amazing. I did 6 treatments with her and am so happy with the results, she did a great job. She is so nice, accommodating and makes the whole experience really comfortable. I did a lot of research before going here and could not be more happy, I highly recommend!

I have not received treatments from Lital yet so this review is based on my experience with the consultation.
I looked up several places for laser hair removal on Unilocal.the first business i contacted was Love Laser. It was cheaper and closer to my work (more convenient), but it was very hard to communicate with the woman who was running the business. When I requested a consultation, she did it over the text, so i didn’t get to see the machine she uses or how clean the office is. She responded very sporadically, i’d say she sent me 1 text for every 3~4 texts I sent her. After several attempts to schedule my first appointment, I gave up. I didnt want to chase her to make an appointment. I am about pay for a service that’s not cheap, so I expect the provider to respond professionally, especially since this is a cosmetic procedure.
When I contacted Light Touch Laser, Lital responded quickly and professionally. Even when I had to reschedule my consultation due to other medical situation, she changed my appointment without a problem. At the consultation, Lital explained very thoroughly about the procedure, machine she will be using, pain management, what to do or not to do, etc. I felt very comfortable with her and felt that she not only knows what she is doing, but she cares deeply about her business. She is very professional and transparent in her explanation. I made my first appointment and am excited!

Light touch is awesome because she takes the time to — talk — really talk, about your options. I didn’t feel pressured to buy or do anything. She has a charming way and the office is clean and nice. Can’t wait to go back!

Lital is freaking amazing!

Lital is amazing! I couldn’t have had a better experience and I’m so happy with the results. She is very knowledgeable and comforting, I highly recommend Light Touch and especially Lital.

I haven’t had any treatments done, but I did have a free consultation. Normally that wouldn’t be enough for a review, but frankly I was incredibly impressed and if I had the money to spare I’d totally go for the treatment too. (To be clear, her prices aren’t unreasonable; they’re perfectly normal for this sort of thing, which ain’t cheap.)
I’d actually emailed a few places asking about price structure, and letting them know I’d had a few treatments already. Lital was the only one who seemed to read my email. The others pretty much just copied and pasted their prices into a reply; Lital wrote that since I’d done this before, I should come in for the free consultation and she could advise me from there. And she did. She was clear that with my hair color, results wouldn’t be optimal, and she gave me the full rundown on machines, expectations, etc. Really informative and helpful.
Again, when I’m ready to spend the money, I’d spend it on her.

I was looking for a hair removal spa in New York city for a while now, always thought it would be a torture removing body hair (based on past experiences), but then I came to Light Touch Laser Spa in New York city (located on broadway and 26^th), and boy was I in for a pleasant surprise. Not only was the consultation the most thorough and clear explanation I evert heard about the do’s and don’ts of Laser hair removal, but the procedure it self was exceedingly professional, quick and almost completely painless. The results were amazing as well. I can say for sure that each person I care about will go only to Light Touch Laser hair removal spa. Have never yet seen a more professional, dedicated and personal hair removal service in New York city. We all know how sensitive we get when it comes to letting someone treat private areas, the technician was so friendly and casual about it that I almost forgot about the entire scenario. I’m really lucky to have found this place and will continue going there for every need of mine that involves laser treatments.

Lital is the best!
I was playing with the idea of having hair removed from my shoulders. I came to Lital for a free laser hair removal consultations and was shocked how simple and straight forward she was.
She explained the whole process in simple words and made me feel comfortable with the whole laser hair removal process.
I booked a session for next week and I’m sure it will be great.
I will try to remember to post an update and upload couple of after pics to show the progress.

I would never go anywhere else or let anyone I know go anywhere else. I have been getting laser for years and none of it really worked, the hair always came back. I cannot tell you how many thousands of dollars I have spent in hair removal and until I found Lital, I was basically throwing my money away. She sat me down and gave me a real consultation and told me exactly why previous treatments did not work, I could tell immediately that she was an expert in this field. She did not do my first treatment that day even though I wanted her to, you see I had waxed a couple weeks before and the hair had not fully grown back and so the results of the first treatment would not have been as good as possible. So she scheduled me for a few weeks later so as to not waste my money. She did not promise me 100% hair removal but rather explained exactly what was possible and why. However the results are amazing.. I am only half way through my 6 pack of sessions and I barely have any hair, by far the best results I’ve ever had. Lital is absolutely amazing, professional and effective as well as an ethical business person who is highly focused on great customer service. Am so thankful I finally found Light Touch Laser.

Lital is an absolute expert in hair removal. She is attentive, thorough, honest and informative, and lets you know the reality of each hair removal situation.
The results speak for themselves. Lital’s estimates for how many treatments would be necessary for each hair removal area were very accurate. She explains the process and how it works, making you feel extremely comfortable.

Lital is just great. I’ve never done Laser before, but I did some (limited) research before going to her, calling a few of the other highly marked Laser Spas around town and having a consultation with her before going, but it was clear from the beginning that this was the place to get laser done for me. She was really clear, transparent, and informative from the very beginning — even down to explaining her prices as compared to her competitors (generally her prices are significantly better than the other highly market laser spas that I researched)!
But beyond prices, she just has a really personal touch. She welcomes me in like a long lost friend every time I come to see her and she humors me as I wince from the pain of the laser. She always wants to know what’s going on in my life and is happy to talk through the laser which helps distract me. I knew this from the beginning and waited to write this review (I just had my 4^th session with her) because I wanted to make sure I was happy with the hair reduction as well, but I am! After my 3^rd session I already saw very minimal hair growth and my hair is already so much more manageable than it was previously. She gets 5 stars on everything!

I came here for a solution to in-​grown hairs on my neck, which is (was) an inevitable consequence of society’s determination that men shave for work. Shave today, small red dotted pain tomorrow.
Lital was the right person to go to. I did shop around extensively, including looking at some of the other top-​rated laser folks both on Unilocal and Google Reviews. What I found was that they varied not in their positive reviews (a few others have equally high marks), but how flexible they were with pricing [as I had done some laser back in London and didn’t want a full package], and also at how personal they were. Lital shone for both of these, as she doesn’t funnel you from a receptionist area to another room, to another person, to fill out a form, to meet a different practitioner every week. This is her business, her baby, and she treats it as such, and she likes being hands-​on. She has a lot of experience, so that’s in your interest.
She’ll talk you through what your requirements are, make (sometimes strong) suggestions, and try to ensure that you’re happy.
Caveat — if you’re a guy, no matter how light the touch, it’s going to hurt! Consider that a sign of effectiveness. :-)

Lital has to be the best professional when it comes to this. I’ve researched a lot and then I found Light Touch Laser Spa.
I swear by laser and by this establishment.
Lital will make an assessment of what you will need and she is honest and the best at what she does.

This is the best place hands down for laser. And I am saying this as someone who has done this many many times over the years. First of all, Lital is extremely knowledgable, she knows exactly what she is doing and will take her time to explain everything to you. Second of all, the results are amazing (again, Lital knows what she is doing). Thirdly, the space is beautiful and clean. And lastly, you will not get ripped off — the pricing is very fair.
I have had some bad experiences with some unprofessional laser «experts» so I did very thorough research before finding Lital and let me tell you — I hit the jack pot!!!

I started going to Lital at Light Touch Laser Spa months ago, after trying many other places I found on Groupon or Living Social. Lital was by far the most effective. Other places would reduce hair, but LItal got rid of the hair completely. I saw results even with one treatment. I had thick, dark hair and after one visit, the hair grew in much, much, thinner. By the time I completed 6 sessions, the hair was completely gone. Lital is very knowledgeable, punctual, and she makes you feel very comfortable. If you are looking for a good laser hair removal service, Light Touch Laser Spa is where you need to go!
