The two guys who came to install the TV bracket — Zaza and Merab were great. They were friendly, professional and did the job well. I did not expect them to clean up bc they have next customer to satisfy but, they were efficent with their work.
The only disppointment with the transaction was the delay or change fo dates. I had initially requested for a Sat installation. They called me to reschedule for Sun as my request was made so late. They called me on Sunday to change my appointment to Mon bc their warehouse was closed… I thought that was lame, as they should have known that.
Overall, I recommend them.

Beware! These guys are a fake company. I was impressed with how quick and easy it was to make an appointment, but not only they never showed up, they never called to explain why. When I finally called them, one hour later, I heard this excuse: «the car broke down, would you like to reschedule?» I asked: «why you didn’t call me?» And the BS answer: «hum, I couldn’t find your number on file». Please, don’t waste your time with them.

I don’t understand all these other reviews. The guys i had were awesome. I have used them 3x and i am using them this wed. The guy is super nice every time i call in. They even let me borrow there tools why they were working so i could put up a shelf!

Throw your money away. At least that way you wont feel as burned as hiring this company. VERY unprofessional work and even worse customer service. They made a mess, didnt clean up, sat on furniture and just made themselves way too at home. They took 90 minutes longer than they said they would, so i had to rush them out when they were done as i was late for an appt. When i returned home and turned on my system, NOTHING WORKED. Tried calling but the customer service is atrocious. They hung the tv and speakers fine, but nothing worked… so not worth it at all. Also, they couldnt even give me a receipt. One of the guys showed me a breakdown on his cell phone and that’s what i was supposed to use to pay them. morons.
I wish i’d read their Unilocal reviews before hiring.

LV TECH have done a great job at uninstalling my wall TV and re-​installing it in my new apartment. I found them to be highly professional and polite. They cleaned up and did not leave a spec of dust! Quality work. Each time they came for the appointment they called first to let me know they were on their way.

Missed 2 appointments and came 4 and a half hours late to the third appointment (when I said it was important they’re on time because I needed them to come before my Time Warner install, which they didn’t.) It was two guys who spoke another language the whole time. They installed my tv WRONG (and consequently had to make extra holes in the wall.) They didn’t clean up their mess when they left. Awful.
