History

Established in 2005.

Sally Streets began her life in the beauty industry at FIT in 1999. She then modeled in New York, Paris, and Milan through Elite, interned at Nylon magazine, and handled imaging at The Wall Group before becoming a freelance makeup artist. Originally represented by Artists by Timothy Priano in Miami for commercial work, but now with a small babe and the desire to enjoy the simple, pure moments in life, she has dedicated her career to bridal makeup and the like. It is so rewarding and enjoyable!

This is my first Unilocal review and I’m so happy to leave it for Sally Streets. Sally recently came to my home for a two hour make up lesson. I needed a refresher on some basics, as well as ideas on how to kick it up a notch. Sally answered all of my questions, no matter how small. It was fun and informative. Highly recommend.

Sally did my make-​up before my 40th birthday party. I’d had some awful experiences at cosmetic counters with makeover «specialists» who made me like a ghoul, so I was reluctant. But I decided to give it a try again for this special night. I called Sally because I’d heard (and read) such great things about her. All the rave reviews are true! Sally enhanced my features so that I still looked like myself, only better! I felt glamorous and pretty all night – the makeup lasted from start to finish – and I came away from the experience with some tips on makeup application that I can use in everyday life. Totally worth it. Best makeup artist I’ve ever encountered!

Sally came to my apartment for a make up lesson. I love make up but never had a chance to learn all the «tricks» for a good make up. Finally Sally taught me how to look great with no much effort and some strategic airbrush touches.
Sally is very professional, kind, and patient. I told her I wanted a natural, healthy look and she guided me through the secrets of a good foundation airbrushing and the blush touch on the cheeks. Then she taught me how to have deep, lovely smoky eyes and how to switch for a day make up to a night make up with few simple touches. Finally she did my lips make up, very natural yet sexy. She also recommended the right make up colors for my skin tone and my hair color (fair olive skin and brown hair and eyes). Overall a great make up lesson, fun and instructive! I highly recommend Sally for make up lessons, bridal, and anything make up related!

I loved the way that I looked after Sally did my makeup! I have had my makeup professionally done before and I felt that it looked too heavy and «fake.» She gave me a very soft, natural look, and she explained every step so that I could do it myself later. She even wrote notes for me on a piece of paper that had illustrations to show where it was supposed to go. She answered my questions and I got a lot of complements on my makeup afterward. And I didn’t feel like I had layers and layers of gunk on my face! This was a very clean feel. I would definitely hire her for my next event! Thumbs up!!!

Hi, this is Sarah, Adam’s newly minted wife. Sally did my makeup, as well as some of my bridal party and my mom, and she was awesome. I did a trial (which I recommend) and we tried a couple of things before deciding on one. For the wedding, the bridesmaids and I were out of the room, getting our hair done. She set up in the room and was ready to go when we arrived back (even though we got back early). Overall, a great experience at an affordable price.

Sally did my makeup when I was a bridesmaid in a wedding on South Beach. She even brought all her gear to my house, nice! When I didn’t know what style of makeup I wanted, I showed her the bridesmaid’s dress and she suggested a glam, early Hollywood vibe. She spent hours carefully airbrushing the foundation and perfecting eyeliner, lashes, and lips. It was awesome to have Sally’s calm vibe around while I crazed from rushing to get ready. And when I arrived at the hotel with the other bridesmaids, some friends immediately told me I never looked so pretty… huzzah for the power of good make-​up!

Sally did makeup for my wedding in Florida — she was awesome! I had never gotten airbrush makeup before and it worked out great. She was able to figure out exactly how I wanted my smokey eyes, and I’m very picky! I’d definitely recommend Sally to anyone, she’s an excellent makeup artist.
