This is the worst service ever. I called and told that the circuit to my fridge was out and I really needed someone. They said no problem but 2 – 3 hours, even though their Unilocal site said 1 hour.
They called back in hour later and said they can’t make it sorry,

I’m more upset at myself for not Unilocaling this company before calling. I wanted to get the job done and didn’t have time to call around. Bernard was sent to do the job and he did a very nice job. He ran a 220 line for us to install a washer & dryer. The bill was $ 929. I found that expensive but like I said, I needed the job done.
My issue started when I checked my bank statement a few days later. Bernard ran a 220 line for us to install a washer & dryer. I found an additional charge for $ 142. and when I called the girl that answered the phone said that was a deposit. No deposit was required since the job was done right away. I’ve called over 7 times and still don’t have the money on my account. Jordan claims that he issue the credit 2 days ago. I guess they think I’ll stop calling and forget about it. May end up going to court, since I’m not going to let them get away with it.

). I made two appointments with them to fix wiring and install a lighting fixture in my Upper East Side apartment. The first technician arrived without the proper tools, was excessively late and used one screw to install a lighting fixture. Of course it was installed improperly and they were called a second time to fix it. The second electrician again arrived excessively later than communicated, asked to smoke weed in the apartment and then he too did not have the proper tools for the job and installed the lighting fixture improperly a second time. Worse this company charged my landlord twice to come out there and do their job incorrectly. Save yourself the trouble and get a legit company, I doubt these electricians A. are highly trained and B. understand the importance of time management.
