Manhattan VIP Limo

This company is amazing! This is my second year getting a limo from them to pick me up from JFK. When I walked over to the parking lot and saw my limo, I almost passed out! Jay-​Z would be jealous! ;)
The driver was super nice and the limo was stocked with water and ice.
The ride home was smooth and relaxing. if your going to get a limo call this place! The prices are reasonable and the service is top notch! Thanks Yuri!

bad service, price published do not include any extras, need to ask and you will see that they are more expensive. Driver not polite, had my wide and kids with bags on airport arrival, he was not even king enough to ask if help was needed.

I emailed this company to make a complaint the following Monday morning. I received no response. I take this as a sign of how much they care about customer service. I stand by my 0 stars rating…

Should NOT even get one star! Alena is incompetent, quoted me one price then wanted to double the price because SHE didn’t realize that the wedding was for a Saturday which is VERY CLEARLY stated in every single email I had sent to her. These people are rude, the man I just spoke with kept giving me an attitude even though he knew they made a mistake, talking over me & being inappropriate! This is a TERRIBLE company with HORRIBLE service & as a Wedding Planner I will NEVER EVER use them or recommend them to ANY client EVER! Spare yourself & go to another company with people who know how to do their job!

i called many limo companies to get the best rates for my wedding. The rate i received from manhattan vip limo fit into my budget. I got a beautiful white stretch cadillac escalade. The driver came to our house 30 minutes early, was very courteous. Got us to our wedding hall on time, did everything to make sure our ride was as smooth as possible. Inside the limo everything was clean, the liqueur cabinet was full with scotch, vodka and champagne. Basically everything was perfect. On the way back once again the driver was waiting for us half an hour early. Helped with the presents and flowers. Thanks for making my wedding day very special.

We hired them for our wedding and they were a disaster. We hired a 36-​passenger van to shuttle our guests to the wedding venue. During our photoshoot we received a phone call because they were unable to find the address due to their GPS running out of batteries. They apparently do not know how to use google maps. They eventually got the passengers to the venue.
On the ride home, the bus driver placed the safety of our family and friends in danger. The bus driver was swerving between lanes, he was falling asleep, and he had no idea where he was driving. He even had the nerve to ask the passengers for tip despite us having paid for gratuity.
The day after we called the company to complain but the person answering the phone refused to give the name of her manager. We wrote a complaint to them over email and they responded saying they’d investigate. They never followed up. We wanted a refund on the gratuity not the entire amount. We were eventually transferred to the owner of the company. He started laughing at us and asking about our race. He called my wife a «little Chinese bitch.» I’m simply disgusted by this company.

I assume if you supported racism and scams, you should hire this company.
I hired the company to shuttle 36 out of town guests from Westchester, NY to Flushing NY for my wedding. The day of, as I was taking formal pictures, the company called me unable to locate the first stop. When I typed the address into google, I had no problem locating it. When they did arrive, their GPS somehow lost battery and he could get from the 2^nd stop to the 3^rd stop. My cousin had to provide direction using her phone.
On the way home, the driver
–Was falling asleep at the wheel
–Made a right turn on a 1 way street going left
–Swerved in and out of an exit indicating he had no clue where he was going
–Asked for additional gratuity though it was already included in the final payment
When I called the company, I kept on getting the run around so yes– I lost my cool, flew off the deep end until they put a manager on the phone. His initial reaction was to laugh and say «I don’t understand Chinese.» Except I was speaking in English… obviously my English isn’t that bad since I born here! He veered away from the topic, called me a little chinese bitch, asked if I was vietnamese when I asked what the hell this had to do w/​the services rendered and then hung up on me.
I was only asking for the gratuity back since service was ordered and provided and it managed to grow into a painful, racist event.
In the end, this company is full of liars (check their reviews online and I’m pretty sure you’ll see reviews posted by themselves and members of their own staff — one probably being ‘Lin’, an employee there), they’re racist and they will do anything to take more money from you, such as asking your passengers who are probably completely unaware of the bill (since it was my gift to them) for more money.
Insane, ridiculous, and the most painful experience on the more important day of my life. & Unilocal SERIOUSLY needs to let people post ZERO star reviews.

We reserved a limo to take the bridal party to our wedding, and the driver refused to take the bride because the reservation was booked with the groom’s credit card and it wasn’t present. The bride had to negotiate with the driver for 30 minutes, even offered to present other credit cards, before the driver would drive there, and the groom had to go give his credit card to them.
Also, the air conditioning didn’t work in the limo in the middle of Summer, and the driver yelled at the bridesmaids for being 30 minutes late to come downstairs (despite having to pay a 3 hour minimum for a 40 minute drive)

Review: We rented this limo company based on their prices but the old saying of «You get what you pay for» definitely rang true here. We were picked up on time as scheduled for 9am. Our goal was an enjoyable trip to three (3) vineyards in the Bear Mountain (New York) area. Upon picking us up, after we all loaded into the car — the driver proceeded to lecture us as if we were immature children. Mind you, we’re all over 25 years old, professional adults getting into a limo at 9am on a Saturday… do you really think we gave off a «rowdy and unruly» vibe? He lectured us not to touch anything inside the limo, not to «get crazy» and to ask him if we wanted anything. We were half-​awake so we listened and nodded our heads in acknowledgement to get this trip underway already. We drove from Brooklyn onto the BQE (Brooklyn-​Queens Expressway) to the FDR Drive (in Manhattan) up the Harlem River Drive into Northern New Jersey via the George Washington Bridge then North up the Palisades Interstate Parkway back into New York to get to the Bear Mountain area. Travel time: ~1 hour & 30 minutes (maybe less because traffic is pretty decent on a Saturday morning without any accidents on the road). Our trip back to Brooklyn was a whole other story. We scheduled the limo for 9am to 4pm. We left our last winery around 2 — 2:30pm (Eastern Standard Time) to allow for traffic. We’re all native New Yorkers so we know traffic can be a nightmare on a Saturday afternoon. The driver decided to head back through Northern New Jersey, but instead of the George Washington Bridge, he took the Lincoln Tunnel. This is where the disaster started — we were stuck in serious traffic and when we looked at our watches, the clock read 3:25pm. We know by then that we would not make it back into Brooklyn by 4:00pm and we couldn’t understand why the driver would take a return route back that was different than our initial route. Sure — you could say «oh, well he wanted to avoid traffic» but if that were the case, why were we stuck in the Lincoln Tunnel traffic? We decided to call the limo company to cordially inform them that we were stuck in traffic and we wanted to know what the charge was for going over our reservation. After almost 20 minutes, the conversation quickly turned into an argument with the dispatcher and a supervisor because they interpreted our call as a complaint and not the simple, polite inquiry intended. The company representatives’ lack of English fluency made the conversation much more difficult because they wanted to argue semantics instead of addressing the issue of our driver choosing a more delayed route that would net him $ 102 more for the additional time. We ended the conversation after agreeing that we would get out of the limo promptly at 4:00pm. The driver left us in Manhattan (8^th Avenue and 33^rd Street) then when we calmly addressed him about taking a different route and disrespecting us by treating us like children, he simply claimed no fault and stated that he drives a limo everyday so he knows more about how people act in a limo and treats every passenger equally as a child. We also addressed that he was smoking in the front cabin which came into our main cabin, he insisted that we had the windows open which pulled the smoke back into the limo from his window. Seriously? It was 85 degrees Fahrenheit, we took full advantage of the air conditioning and had the windows completely closed. This was the worst limo experience ever — we had to break up our group of 10 people amongst 3 separate Yellow Cabs home. I highly discourage everyone from even considering this limousine company.
