My approach to health and wellness is holistic. I don’t have a list of good and bad foods and I couldn’t tell you how many calories is in a cup of kale. Rather, I look at how all areas of your life are connected.

History
Established in 2009.
Having worked in the corporate world, I know what it feels like to be drained, exhausted, pressed for time and uninspired in the kitchen.
After years spent stuck in the same cycle, rewarding myself with «bad foods» then beating myself up and killing myself in the gym for eating those foods, I discovered how real food could make me look and feel. The cravings disappeared, the energy came back and my weight stabilized. In short, my life completely changed.
As a Coach, I guide women through the process of changing their relationship with food, learning how to create healthy habits with a busy schedule and creating lasting wellness in their lives. Rather than dwelling on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. No all juice cleanse or liquid diet required.
