The worse company to lease from! Highly recommend investing in a lawyer to go over any document that you might sign with them! They lie about their lease and sue for any reason! I cancelled a lease after 27 minutes of signing it because property was not going to be ready for another 5 months and I never even occupied the place and they sue for rent that according to them I owe!!! Right now even the location is not ready! I highly advise you to stay away from them!!! Read the fine print! Don’t sign any piece of paper or give them any of your information! Even the realtors that work with them are crooks! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Like many others reviews here, this management company is completely useless and disgraceful.

The worst ReaL Estate company in the US. My cousin sold an apto and MGRE handled the closing back in July 2015. As of today November 12, 2015, my cousin has NOT received the moving out refund check. BY law they have 30 days to send the refund check. I witnessed many calls and emails to Mindy Mintz (the one responsible to take care of it) and this woman (Mindy) was very unprofessional and did nothing to help the situation, she lied the check was sent, then later she claimed they did not have an updated address to send the check (which is a false statement because I personally saw several emails sent directly to Mindy Mintz back in MAY 2015 with an updated address). MGRE didn’t want to deal with the situation and lied again about the check being sent, etc. The whole thing was a complete fraud with false statements, many lies and unprofessional behavior.
They do not manage anything other than ways to scam your money.
Now we are looking to proper sue them in order to get the refund. Lets see how far this fraud will continue.

Its strange that this real estate company can exist for as long as they have and treat people the way they do.
They completely ignore issues and requests. Regardless of how professionally you approach the situation. I have witnessed serious issues that needed immediate addressing which went completely ignored after multiple attempts to reach out. (including phone calls as well as official letters)
This company puts people in danger because of their lack of interest and professionalism towards the very people that financially support their business.
Its interesting because if an incident happened because they failed to take care of a concern will they bluntly ignore the legal action taken against them?
Why is it so hard to get in touch with anyone and get a response?
Why are more then one attempts required in order to get attention?
Why is everyone associated with this company extremely rude and indifferent… If you do not know how to handle «customers» …hire someone to take care of the issues for you.
Please do your research and stay away from this company if you can because they are of absolutely no help, regardless of the seriousness of your issue.
And that is a very important aspect of your living/​residence and comfort.

The actual property manager, P. Silver one of the worst property manager I’ve ever dealt with in my life. She’s never available via phone, or email to respond to any issues/​requests/​concerns. Even when it’s regarding serious health risks and safety, you can count on her not being there as she has never been anymore than unhelpful for our building. As far as what I am aware of, P. Silver was one of many conducting shady business on the side in our building. This is someone you do not want or should have to deal with ever. I hope she will no longer be associated with our building.

This is another management firm that will exercise scams, lies, and perform fraud in anyway they can.

Cannot say enough bad things about this management company. Stay away if you come across any apartment associated with it. If Mindy Minsk did not work there absolutely nothing would ever get done (she is good). Their ambivalent attitude towards almost everything and nasty bedside manner makes a misery of any dealing with this company. James Goldstick lords over vulnerable co-​ops, takes all the cash out from businesses on the street and leaves repair costs to the co-​op. He is a despicable person. From the nasty receptionist down to the property managers it’s all bad.

Terrible customer service. I will be making an effort to fire this company as our building’s management firm.
The actual property manager, Elliot K. is great and always tackles the issue at hand but try calling in to the office. You will be greeted by a rude and arrogant receptionist (Marian B.) and if you are lucky enough not to get cut off and put into someones VM, you will get connected to another rude and arrogant person. And if you try to get a simple task accomplished like getting an insurance cert put in place for a piece of furniture being delivered it may take 10 emails filled with irrelevant information (Kim W).
When I ask to speak to Marian’s supervisor to make a complaint about her phone etiquette i get put through to Ellen. I later look up Ellen and she is an assistant, a member of the supporting staff. It just shows you how poorly run that office is
