Martin Lawrence Galleries was founded in 1975 and specializes in original paintings, sculptures and limited edition graphics by the world’s most accomplished artists including Andy Warhol, Marc Chagall, Pablo Picasso, Erté, Keith Haring and Roy Lichtenstein. Martin Lawrence has the broadest art collection of any gallery, or gallery network, and each and every work is company owned. Included within this inventory is the largest collection of Warhol, Picasso, Chagall, Francis and Haring. In the last 15 years, Martin Lawrence has lent nearly 250 different artworks by 16 different artists to 32 different museums around the world. This includes the loan of works by: Picasso, Chagall, Magritte, Calder, Warhol, Francis and many other artists to institutions such as the Metropolitan (NY), MoMA (NY), Tate (London), Museu Picasso (Barcelona), LACMA (LA), Whitney (NY) and MOCA (LA).
