Gerry is the founding partner of Marulli, Lindenbaum & Tomaszewski, LLP. He has represented health care providers in virtually all medical specialty fields. Gerry also attended the U.S. Air Force Academy. He has tried numerous high exposure cases, including complex medical malpractice cases, often without the assistance of outside experts. Gerry has extensive trial experience in all counties of New York City, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester.
