History

Established in 2012.

Massage Artistry was birthed from a passion of treating chronic pain. Quickly out of school Araina realized that so many people were living with pain. She believes that constant physical pain does not, and should not, have to be a normal part of someone’s life.

Massage has so many benefits such as promoting relaxation, the various health benefits. But where the true power of massage really lives is what it gives back to you. Massage therapy can help you find relief from the physical pain that is impeding your life. It can help soothe tight muscles and give you the space to feel more focused, more balanced, more productive and more aware. It can help you find an escape from the stress so you can take the time to reset and restore your body and mind.

Araina L.

Business Owner

Araina Linton is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist. She has advanced training in Medical Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Trigger Point Therapy, which allows her to create safe and therapeutic massage session.

Araina has been massaging and caring for people with chronic injuries since she was 12 years old. Growing up she witnessed first hand how chronic bodily pain can severely alter someone’s life.

The massage program at Swedish Institute provided her with the tools she had been missing: the knowledge of the human body and the massage techniques. This equipped her with the ability to aid some many people with naturally managing their pain. She believes that «pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional.»
