Dr. Noorani is by far the best dentist I have ever been too! I actually look forward to my visits– painless and enjoyable, Dr. Noorani is full of fun conversation and his receptionist is such a sweetheart. I won’t ever go anywhere else!

My parents have going to Dr. Noorani for 20 years, and thus when I moved back to NY– I knew the place to go to. His services are great, he is personal, friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I’m lucky that I didn’t have to search long and far for a great dentist. He takes Empire Plan insurance and the price is always reasonable. Look no further for a good dentist fellow New Yorkers!

Eeks! Don’t do it. This is the first time I’ve ever left a dentist office with my mouth feeling dirtier than when I went in. Dr. Noorani showed up a half hour late. His exam room was filthy, from the dirty apron he put on me, the stains coming down his cabinets, to the peeling paint and molding, to the disgusting x-​ray place holders he put in my mouth. Upon «cleaning» my teeth he sprayed water all over my face. All over. I have never needed goggles before, but here they would have help. When it started running down my collar and I asked for a paper towel, he commenced with a half-​hearted polishing and sent me on my way. Not a fan. I only came here because he seemed like one of the better rated dentists my insurance covered, but I would have to guess that most of the reviews here for him are fake. The pictures here on Unilocal are not of his office, that’s for certain. BE WARNED.

I was on the hunt for a new dentist and after reading these great reviews, I gave Dr. Noorani a try. My appointment was at 3pm, I showed up at 2:45 just so I can start the paperwork and all that good stuff. I was not seen until 3:30. I was the only one waiting and no one gave any indication that they were busy. When Dr. Noorani finally calls me in, I was still sitting and waiting. After my cleaning, he recommended I get a gum cleaning and told me it would cost $ 320 ($ 80 each side, top and bottom) and wanted to schedule an appointment! I told him that I do not have the funds for it, so it would have to wait. He seemed bothered and rushed me to the front to pay my copay. I then realized I didn’t have cash and asked if I can pay by card and the receptionist seemed like it was a problem and had to ask Dr. Noorani. After I paid, I went to grab a business card and the receptionist watched over her glasses watching every move I made until I left.

I found Dr. Noorani after an exhaustive search to find a new dentist. I don’t have to say that for all the good docs out there, there are plenty who are subpar. Finding Dr. Noorani was such a relief, and I have only good things to say.
I’ve been to the office twice, but after my first visit, I was absolutely certain I had found my new dentist. Dr. Noorani immediately put me at ease with his personable and friendly chatter. And his staff is equally professional and personable. My visit was relatively painless (I am a bit sensitive, generally), and I thought he did a great job.

I must say I am so impressed with the personal attention Dr. Noorani gives at just accommodating new patients and making time for them and answering questions. We’re seeing him tomorrow and I’m already feeling very at ease with our decision.

Wonderful dentist and person! He is a friend of my father’s and has treated him multiple times before. I’ll start going to him soon as well. Great person and an expert in what he does. If anyone’s scared of going to the dentist’s office they should try Dr. Noorani and the experience will be positive (as positive as it can get at the dentist’s :P). Highly recommend!

Saw the doctor again today for a cleaning, x-​rays and to fix a little chip. Again, I thought it was a good value and that he did a very thorough job.

This is my family’s dentist. We’ve been using him for as far back as I can remember as a kid. Helps me take care of my teeth, and puts my options on the table to decide where I want to go with my oral hygiene. I’ve never wanted to go anywhere else for a dentist: he’s mine.
