Specialties
Swap stories with the locals where the wine and the talk flow until the early morning hours. Hang out and delight in the true flavor of Old Hell’s Kitchen. Watch in awe as your sports heroes from the world of basketball, baseball, football, hockey and European soccer come to life with 5 plasmas and 4 large screen TVs.
The cozy setting gets even more intimate on crowded game nights, when fans down beer specials and order from our extensive menu, featuring gourmet sandwiches, salads, wings and more. Rowdy with standing room only on the weekend and game nights, neither crowds nor loud sports bar kitsch will drown out your conversation here on calmer weeknights. And if you’re a brunch-loving sports fan, Mercury Bar West is a spot that shouldn’t be missed.
Mercury Bar West is open 7 days a week. Our expert and friendly bartenders can mix and serve any drink, ranging from fine whiskies, cognacs, and classic liquors to import and domestic beers. Stop by today for tasty food and drinks at a great price!

Meet the Business Owner
Nicola A.
Business Owner
As part of the Arcari Family owned bar and restaurants in NYC, Boston, and Naples, Nicola Arcari demonstrates keen insight with effectively running Mercury Bar. Having owned and operated Mercury Bar since its inception in 2001, she has successfully made her mark in Hell’s Kitchen as one of the few female restaurateurs in the business. In combining her passion for a great pub (Ms. Arcari originally hails from Bray County Wicklow, Ireland), and for fantastic food, Nicola Arcari sets the standard for the best All-American Bar & Grill in Hell’s Kitchen.
Highly focused on customer service, Ms. Arcari says this about Mercury Bar, «I love the restaurant business and love having happy customers. When asked why I believe Mercury Bar outshines the competition, I confidently say that we have the best staff, the best drink specials, the best selection of beers, the best atmosphere, and hands down the best food. Come by and see for yourself!»
