I specialize in providing psychotherapy with a relational focus to individuals, couples, and families. I offer in-​home sessions for those living in Manhattan and tele-​therapy via Skype for those living in the outer boroughs and New York State. Business Owner

Meredith earned both her BA and MS from the University at Albany, State a University of New York. Meredith is licensed to practice Marriage and Family Therapy in New York State.

Meredith has clinical experience treating substance abuse, trauma, depression and anxiety. She specializes in treating these issues from a relational context. Meredith also specializes in couples therapy and uses many techniques from the Gottman Method, based on John Gottman’s work (a leading researcher in the field of marriage therapy).
