Modern Vice Studios is a place made for you to create. Our photo studio rental provides you the space and equipment to complete great photography and video production projects. We are available to rent ²⁴⁄₇ in our beautiful space in the garment district.

The space is often used to create fashion shots, lifestyle shots, product shots, and portraits. We work with both high-​profile companies and individuals in the space, accommodating you with top notch photo studio space and equipment.

We also offer a lounge for you to hold and prep your models and products. This area acts as a comfortable space between takes, allowing you to move models and products in and out of the photography studio with ease.

Please inquire for available times and equipment. We are one of only a few photo studios in NYC available for rent ²⁴⁄₇ to accommodate your team at all hours.

We also offer full outsource packages, where you provide products and we will handle the entire process. Including models, photography, photo refinishing, and even marketing and online presence.
