Mulligan Moving & Storage

No show. The man said he couldn’t do the weekend because he was tired so I arranged to get a storage unit for a Tuesday morning. I waited for an hour and no one ever came or called. Nothing. I called repeatedly but no one answered. So I was late to work and have to go rent a Uhaul tonight.
FIND SOME PLACE DIFFERENT.

RIP OFF!!! Terrible, terrible service, stay away! DO NOT hire this company!!!
It is a single guy doing all the pick ups and deliveries with whoever he can recruit to help him for the day.
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE, poor excuse for a moving company.
To pick up, the «manager» Douglas came with an elderly man (around 60 – 65 years old) to pick up my heavy furniture, 3 hours late. The older man was panting so hard I was afraid he’d have a heart attack right then and there. I felt so bad (and they were moving SO SLOW) that I carried out ALL of the smaller heavy items myself (I am a 115 lbs female, made around 30 round trips to the 3^rd floor walk-​up with these small heavy boxes).
Douglas delivered only HALF of my things and stated «you gave us a short notice so we will deliver the rest of your things next week». Left 3 big boxes outside for me to carry in myself. 3 days later on the morning of the scheduled delivery, Douglas calls and says he is postponing the delivery another day. The next day he calls in the morning and says instead of 10am he will get here at 6pm (?!). He gets here at 7pm and delivers broken boxes, one of the dresser drawers is in pieces, ripped up cardboard boxes with clothes falling out, shoes thrown randomly onto other items and before leaving waits for me to give him a tip. For this price, I could’ve hired professionals who would work on my schedule, not theirs and who would get the job done, without my help.
