My cousin used them for a wedding in red hook. There was supposed to be buses at 3 different times to take people back to 3 different hotels. Instead, only 2 buses showed up. Not only did the bus that was supposed to just go to Manhattan make 2 stops in Williamsburg, it left so late that a bus that was supposed to leave at 12:30 didn’t let me get a 2 am train back to Jersey (it should have been a 15 min drive).

The customer service at this company is atrocious. They are not trustworthy and are very unresponsive, apparently unless you are a large corporate client. I nearly made a reservation here but am glad that I did not. Try another company if you want to be treated with respect.

My planner hired a big bus for my wedding to take guests from the main hotel to our ceremony, to the reception venue, and then smaller shuttles to take guests home in the event. Everything was paid for, contracts signed, etc. but on my big day, they didn’t show up. The bus had apparently booked some other job beforehand and ended up showing up an hour and a half late, but at this point we’d scrambled to get taxis for people (not the easiest in a small town) and had to have guests with cars drive. We started our program only a half hour late as we’d thankfully budgeted extra time for emergencies, but it was an unfortunate way to start the day.
In the evening, a bus showed up, but it was the wrong one. We’d asked for a small shuttle that could come to the entrance so guests wouldn’t have to walk outside in the rain up a hill, but a large bus came and wouldn’t make the accommodation requested. I wasn’t in the bus, but according to witnesses, the driver was rude and also wouldn’t follow my planner’s directions on where to go and when.
We were refunded for the first incident — as we should have been, given that they did not deliver the promised service. But there are additional consequences to not showing up for a WEDDING. We’d paid for a full open bar that many guests suddenly couldn’t take advantage of. Some people were stressed out. After spending the better part of a year planning my dream wedding very carefully and really doing a lot to take care of my guests, I’m angry that a vendor not only dropped the ball, but later was rude to my guests. I think a full refund would have been appropriate but I was informed by Shofur that they’re just a platform for other car services and there’s nothing they can do. I asked for the subcontractor’s information, and the manager said he would provide it, but he has always made silly excuses for not responding to my several emails and phone calls and I’ve had to give up.
Do not under any circumstances use this company. If you do, and something goes wrong, just be prepared for the fine print and any of your aggravation to fall on deaf ears — they’re going to accept zero responsibility.

Hired a bus from them to bring children to an event. They DIDN’T show up and they DIDN’T refund my money. Total scam operation. Be careful!
