Nicki’s Fitness Model Bootcamp and The F Square Factor, are programs to help you get in your best shape. The bootcamp program is designed to make you lean, tone and ripped. The F Square Factor is for Brides-to-be. This program is unique because Nicki designed a fitness program based on your body type and uses her years of experience as a Fashion Stylist for top fashion magazines and T.V. to tell you what dress will make you look your best on your big day.
History
Established in 2011.
As a Fitness Professional and NPC bikini competitor Nicki saw a need for a fun, outdoor workout that would allow women and men to get in shape like the Fitness Models they saw on magazines without breaking the bank. Her bootcamps started with just a few people before the word got out about how great the class was. Several brides took part in the bootcamp which lead to Nicki creating The F Square Factor. Nicki always dreamed of having a business were her love of fitness and fashion would come together. The F Square Factor is a one stop shop for brides looking to get into their best shape and looking for help finding the perfect wedding gown for their big day.

«Imagine, Dream, Inspire.» This is the motto for which fitness expert, Silver Model Management Fitness model and NPC bikini competitor Nicki Andrews lives by. From the newbie to the professional athlete, Nicki has educated the masses, especially women, on the importance of fitness and providing the necessary resources for her clients to change their bodies and their lives. She has made a positive impact on those she has trained for the past nine years.
Nicki has earned the reputation of being driven, passionate, and attentive. With her vast experience in fitness, she is the creator and founder of Nicki’s Fitness Model Bootcamp and The F Square Factor, a program for Brides-to-be where she gets them in shape and helps them find the right wedding dress for their body type.
Nicki has appeared on The Today Show, The Morning Show, and Good Day New York. She holds certification with AFAA, Madd Dogg, ISCA, and a Bachelor of Science degree from The Fashion Institute of Technology.
