I stopped by this food truck off Union Square one night on my way to dinner. Yes I do eat on my way to eat, I’m fat.
I got the ground beef empanada. The crust was light and flakey and the filling was flavorful. It was pretty small but in the city for $ 3 I wasn’t expecting anything too big.
Next time I want to try the one filled with short ribs ~ mmmm
