Aby Nuza renovated our apartment in Greenwich Village and did a wonderful job. He was reasonably priced, flexible and didn’t nickel and dime us (which was frankly my biggest concern going in). The scope of our project increased along the way and so while our project cost rise, Aby was very reasonable along the way. the new bathrooms look and are functioning great.
we were living in the apartment during the renovation and Aby’s team took great care to clean the apartment every evening before leaving such that the place remained liveable throughout hte construction.
