Meet the Manager
Chef Tony C.
Manager
Chef Tony has been a chef for the last 40 years. Educated and trained in Barbados. Upon graduation from French Culinary Barbados Institute he came to the United States and held an executive chef position with Burlington Executive Dining Room for over 15 years. He takes pride in every dish he executes. Having him be a part of NYC Diner & Bar makes us «not your typical diner». You can taste his creativeness, skill and knowledge in every dish you try. He strongly holds the belief that everything should be made from scratch and with fresh ingredients only.
