We provide support of all Macintosh and PC networks. We offer on-​site consulting services in the design, setup and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks.

We have experienced with many popular software packages such as Adobe Suite, MS Office Suite, font management & much more.

Our clients include many companies in the advertising, publishing and fashion industries. Many of our clients are small to mid-​size companies that require quick response time but not a full-​time IT guy. We provide flat monthly rates depending on your company’s needs.

Mac Home Support

We provide advice on what to buy without bias since we don’t sell equipment.

We provide first time computer users with training by someone who will be patient.

We can set up your professional software suites so you can make that movie or DVD.

We can secure your wireless network and provide you with an inexpensive backup system.

Though not as cheap as going to a place like Datavision, the service, care, and knowledge you get here are the best I’ve ever experienced. Besides caring about your issues, Farshad has a genuine passion for Apple products and that passion translates to his thinking through all possibilities of repair or not repairing and all the potential consequences (similar to Elvis’s comments about providing options with tons of info and allowing you to make educated decisions). I wish all doctors were like this!

Thank you thank you thank you Mac Guru! I was at home working on a pretty last minute project when one program after another on my computer started shutting down and all the icons started flashing into different icons. My computer and I were freaking out. I called several places I found on Unilocal and NYC Mac Guru was open the earliest and returned my message the fastest. I took my computer to their office which saves you money on the rate and they told me it would be fixed that day and cost X amount of money and then he did exactly that. My computer came back better than new. He explained everything to me (I use computers every day but am not at all a tech person) in a way I understood and talked through my different options so I knew exactly what was happening. That day started so stressfully and I just could not be more pleased with how everything worked out. I didn’t do comparison shopping so don’t know how the rates compare with different places but it didn’t seem like a high rate to me at all.

I upgraded my hard-​drive, memory and operating system and the work was done next day. They call you to tell you it’s complete and answer all questions very clearly.
