First off, I don’t really leave reviews too often, but I thought I’d leave one for Oh My Cookies because the cookies really are amazing.
I live in the Greenwich Village area where there are a LOT of options for sweets — I usually get cookies at Insomnia Cookies, pastries from Think Coffee, and cupcakes at this little cute place on 8th st & University — but I have to say the cookies at OMC *really* stand out.
First off, they’re enormous… I’m a 6′ 175 lb man and one of these bad boys fills me up for a solid three hours (meal replacement cookie?). Secondly, some of the flavors are insane good, such as the one with tart cherries and macadamia in it. And lastly, the owner (Nataliya) is really sweet (hah!) and bakes + packages the cookies in a way that lets you know she’s doing what she really loves to do for a living.
Overall, I’d highly suggest checking out OMC. You might need to call to get an order in, or use the website, or if you’re lucky you can find one of the stores around who sell their cookies one-​off. But any trouble you have to go through to get an order in is well worth it, believe me. :)
