As Unilocal would say, «Woohoo! As good as it gets!» The locals call it «OSP» and many believe it to be the best park in the city. The sun seems to be always shining in this New York City hidden gem. Do yourself a favor, and grab a hot dog from one of the many nearby street carts and snag a bench to enjoy the scenery. Go ahead and toss your change in the beautiful fountain, and may all your wishes come true!

Another urban park with a roundabout way of metal-framed benches to relax under a dense canopy of trees. There is also a small open brick area and water fountain just in front of the New York City Police Museum. The park is quite narrow, allowing you to sit down, relax, eat, and maybe read a book if the traffic on Water St. doesn’t seem to bother you much.
