Business Owner

I have been practicing law in New York since 1995. I’ve successfully represented hundreds of clients in New York real estate transactions, Family Court and divorce, matters before the Surrogate’s Court, such as probate and administration and all aspects of contract law, including the negotiation, drafting and enforcement of agreements.

I believe that consistent, clear communication between client and attorney is essential to a successful attorney– client relationship and ultimately to the case itself. Although it is my strong preference to settle matters amicably, I am fully prepared to litigate when it is in my client’s best interests to do so.
