My friend and I went to try this place based on the 4.5 star Unilocal reviews, and neither of us could understand why this place was rated so highly. We went in the middle of the day on a weekday and there was maybe two other customers inside (in other words, no reason for them to rush). The woman who did my nails barely touched my cuticles, and when I asked her to clean them up she accused me of not seeing her clean them earlier. After the third time of going over them, I just let it go. I had dry skin and hang nails all over the place when I left. She also filed my nails all different lengths. Both my friend and I met up the following day and noted both our manicures were chipped after less than a day. It’s three days post manicure and I already need a new one.
The two stars are for cleanliness and price.
Do yourself a favor and skip this place. There are a bunch of better spots in the area!

this is a great place — not a 5 star luxury experience but SUPER clean for the $ 25 mani pedi i got. i would say they definitely tried to up sell me a couple times (do you want a massage? what about gel?) but i was very happy with the service. seems like my mani will last and they took their time making my cuticles were all clear and my feet smooth! polish selection is also great.

5 STAR. This salon is CLEAN, the Staff is super sweet and talented. I’ve been going to the owner for almost a year and half and I’m so proud she’s opened up her new business! She truly cares about customer service and always makes sure I’m comfortable. I support this place 200% and would absolutely Reccommend it.

I’ve been here twice and only now read the reviews and I’ll start off by saying this: had I known they were former employees of Hollywood nails, I wouldn’t have gone because I never had a positive experience at Hollywood nails. However, the service here is GREAT. The atmosphere is extremely pleasant. I have not felt rushed. My gel manicure lasted two full weeks. They do a really excellent, really thorough job. A welcome addition to Orchard Street.

New nail salon in the LES and I don’t know about all you other ladies out there but I am clapping for joy ! All the nail places here are terrible so I was pleasantly surprised when I was walking down Orchard street yesterday and saw the grand opening sign on the door. The place is very clean and the woman who did my nails took her time and did a great job. They have tons of options in gel colors and all of their gel colors have matching colors for your toes ! They had free wifi too ! The only things I would say they could work on was getting some magazines for people getting pedicures and the water coming out of the pedicure chairs was cold so they had to get hot water from the bathroom and pour it in. I’m sure that will be fixed soon though. Hopefully this place stays on top of their stuff and we can finally have an awesome nail place in the neighborhood !

Just got a manicure from here. I must say the service and customer care if so amazing! I’m a hairdresser who works across the street. I’ve been to SO many nail salons and never happy. So glad they opened up across the street! My manicurist was so nice and sweet. And the owner so personable. Salon is spotless and gorgeous!!! Definitely recommend and excited for my next service!
