I stumbled across this store whilst casually shopping along Spring St and I’m so glad I did. I was greeted in a friendly way as soon as I entered the store and the guy and the gal (presumably owner and assistant) helped me to find what I was looking for without being pushy at all. I tried on a few different pairs of knee high black leather boots and was impressed with the quality of the leather and the manufacturing. Then they recommended a pair that as soon as I tried them on, they fitted like a glove. I wore them all day yesterday and last night and today and they are so comfortable. They look fabulous and I think they are going to last me for many years! Per some of the other reviews, I will be making another visit the next time I am New York!

Bought bits here for my wife that were excellent quality and the store even tailored them for her on the spot.

A tiny store where you can find best shoes you ever owned. They have a small selection, but from time to time you find exactly a pair of shoes you looking for. Italian high heels — need I say more?

I have purchased at least 10 pair of boots from Ottiva over the years and have found the quality, style and comfort to be spectacular. I don’t live in NY, but I go to Ottiva every time I’m in town and usually end up buying something fabulous. Unlike the reviewer below, I’ve found the quality to be fabulous. Gorgeous design, beautiful leather and durable soles. The brands I love: Popushier. a pointy toe, spiky heel comfort boot. I’ve walked all over NY, Paris & Florence in these and worn them all day. They are incredibly comfortable. I also love Donna Più. Great style and incredible comfort. I get stopped by strangers all the time asking me where I got my boots. Love this store!

Love at first sight — that’s how i describe the boots I bought there recently. And the more i wear them the more in love i become. These boots are so slick, comfy and totally hot that even the security woman at the airport complimented me on them as they came out of the scanner.
Great Italian made shoes in sexy but durable designs. Shoes you can build a relationship with and I’m in love.
