I’m actually going through the effort of writing a horrible review for this company on here due to the fact that they continually throw menus in front of our building on the ground constantly.

Horrrrribleeeeeeeee. The first time I ordered pizza from this place it never came and they closed the restaurant without even delivering it so I called seamless and canceled my payment. The second time I ordered from here I ordered an xlarge«the meats» pizza and a 2 liter Sierra mist. The guy delivered a plain large pizza and no soda. How do you mess up an order in such a big way. Then when I called and told them they they offered to let us keep the plain pizza and to grant us credit for our order we can use on a future date. I accepted this but then when I went to eat the pizza it was so cold. I called back and said no I wanted my order fresh, they said okay but we want our pizza back. I was so disgusted I told them to come get the pizza and cancel the order. They said they wouldn’t get the pizza but they would cancel it. The Pizza they left sucked balls! Never will I order from here again and I highly recommend against it.

Left wing order. Refused to acknowledge they left it and still charged. Good thing there are plenty of other pizza places around here

I live two blocks away and usually love this location but today was nothing short of a ratchet mess. I called in an order for pick up and got a phone call that a delivery guy was there to deliver it, hello I said pick it. I swing by to pick it, get home and the pizza looks like it was thrown. Honey that pizza went back and I headed over to Mama Mia on 1st and 91st. I got awesome food sans the attitude.

It’s a shame this place exists when every other block has amazing pizza, just take delizia on 92 n 2 ave for example. My concern would be for hygiene as I saw them cleaning racks on the sidewalk in the summer. It’s disgusting

I went to this location to pick up a quick pie, absolutely empty that it was. The order taker was on phone for longest time. The guys inside just farting around. No one acknowledged my presence. I waited for long and walked out without ordering. All it takes is a «hello«…how difficult was that.

I usually love Papa John’s but this location offers the single worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. They got my order wrong & when I called to ask them to deliver what I’d actually ordered & paid for, they told me I was wrong & they would do no such thing. I had to throw it out & order from another restaurant. Makes it hard for me to believe this company prides itself on exceptional customer service. Someone should explain the concept to the employees, they missed the memo.

What to say… It’s a Papa Johns… Decent, cheap pizza in an undeservedly pizza-snobbery town.

I would rather order from one of the local mom and pops around a million times over than ever order from this Papa Johns again. It is a terrible location and the service is laughably bad. I ordered to pick up and when I got there everyone simply IGNOREDME. They saw me and kept talking — two of them weren’t even making pizzas! They were just talking… I stood there far longer than I should have(at least 3 full minutes) before I said, «Are you guys working? Can one of you give me my pizza please?» They both rolled their eyes and one of them came over and gave me my pizza(which was cold… even though I’d ordered it 15 minutes earlier — I had to heat it up in my oven). The person who helped me literally did not say ONEWORD. Not one. They didn’t tell me the price, didn’t ask what my name was(they assumed correctly which pizza was mine) and didn’t tell me I didn’t need to sign. After I’d paid they just walked away and went back to their conversation. Don’t waste your time or your money here. Go somewhere where they actually appreciate your business.

Sitting here waiting for a pizza I ordered an hour ago. It usually does not take them this long, but the response today has been so poor(when I called, blandly reassuring me that it will be here«any minute” — and that was about 10 minutes ago) that I will probably never order from here again. I like their cheesy bread, but why bother when another pizzeria will actually care?

They don’t deliver to my building to what ever and when I get the pizza it’s so good and then I have acid burning in my stomach and I have to take tums. And whats the point of ordering delay pizza when I can order from a regular pizzeria and there at my door in no time.

This location is just another regular old Papa John’s. If you’re in the mood for fast food pizza, it’s not that bad. If you’re expecting good quality pizza, you go elsewhere. My roommates and I have ordered here several times for Sunday football when we’ve had guests over and needed a quick, easy meal. They often have deals, so be sure to check them out before buying a full-priced pizza. I’ve tried various pizzas here, and the wings. The wings are okay, sort of on the small side. The prices are good for what the food is. Wasn’t expecting much. The delivery is pretty decent(not too slow, but not super fast either). They’re very generous with their sauces as well.

Unfortunately this Papa John’s is usually the last pizza joint standing in the neighborhood during the wee hours of the morning when my stomach and BAL overrule all rational thinking. While I use the promotions to try and justify to myself that I’m getting a good deal, the poor phone service and synthetic taste remind me that I have just been robbed. Sadly, however, I will probably continue to order from this god awful place because unfortunately it’s open really late, I have no self-control, and once you get through the painful process of ordering by phone, the pizza is delivered fast and sometimes with the toppings I ordered.

Ugh! Bleech! Puke! Not real pizza. Felt like a hole was burning in my stomach the whole night after I ate it. Not worth the effort, as there are so many other good pizza places in the area to go to.
