The slowest service I’ve ever encountered at a medical practice. My appointment was at 2, but I wasn’t actually seen till 3. After my 15 min MRI scan, I was told my CD would be ready in 5 – 10 min, and 30min later I’m still waiting. The staff seem to be scatterbrained, therefore not being able to handle the traffic of patients, thus delaying everyone. This was one of the only options that my insurance covered so unfortunately I didn’t have much of a choice when it comes to facilities but if you do, I’d suggest you go elsewhere.
Also, the facility is underground and you can’t get service down here. The overall space is out dated, overall I would not recommend this place.
