DO NOT GO HERE. Not only do they not deliver your clothes on time, but they charge you for rush. Plus, the ruined multiple of my suits and refused to replace, let alone fix them. I sent clothes in for same day delivery, and never got them. Then, they refused to give me my money back even after the ticket showed it was to be delivered the previous day. Then, the next time I went back, I had clothes missing. If you want to be overcharged, and then treated horribly, this is the place for you!

I go to this place purely out of convenience, as they are super close to my pied-​à-​terre. They get the job done and my laundry and dry cleaning are always ready when I ask for them. However, they «couldn’t find» 3 of my Eli Tahari suits (i almost lost it) and then a month later – SURPRISE! – they found them. This was after they tried to convince me that I had never dropped them off. I learned my lesson and saved my ticket as evidence. But that was a close one.
Prices are reasonable and the two Korean women are always in a super chipper mood – they do a PHENOMENAL job on alterations – almost magical!
Just save your ticky. No tickkyyyyyy, no laundrrryyyyyy
