Another case of terrible customer service. The store is cute and surely has pieces for my closet. Sadly, they won’t be gaining a new customer here… I recently received a holiday gift which was purchased from this boutique. Unfortunately the gift was not the proper size so I had contacted them and they stated they do not have any smaller sizes… I truly loved the gift and wanted it to work so I personally contacted the maker to see if they would exchange for a smaller size, but I was told that they actually don’t make a smaller size. All this back and forth took some time, and I also had to be out of town with my husband on business, so I planned to go back in to get them exchanged for something that would fit… Upon arrival, 36 days after the original purchase, the Manager had stated that this could not be returned or exchanged as it had passed the time that they are excepting returns or exchanges for«Holiday Gifts» which happened to be «January 1st» when I asked what if they were purchased 3 days before the«Holiday Exchange Date» she became flustered and insisted it was«store policy»… upon further pushing she stated there was a «30 day return policy» which obviously negates her«holiday return policy» and either way I was SOL because I was 36 days late! She offered ZERO remedy, and when asked to speak with her boss. she said she was the boss, then I asked if she was the owner and she said no, but the owner would say the same thing… «Policy is Policy»… She let me leave my email address for the owner but wouldn’t give me the owners contact info… I hope the owner reaches out to me, as the item is useless if it doesn’t fit… Plus, I would that the Owner doesn’t have the same foolish mindset and policy when it comes to customer service as her manager does. It would be sad, not to be able to spend my money in this cute boutique.

This store is as cute as Odin next door. The small size is incredible given how many beautiful things they cram in here. I find the staff here adorable and very helpful. I like Carven. I like Band of Outsiders. I love Etoile Isabel Marant. These are lovely brands. The prices are commensurate with the quality of the merchandise. I don’t get people complaining about cost. Pas de Deux is not Uniqlo or Zara, so they will not be sharing price points! Being chic is not cheap, people.

I made a trip here because of all of the great reviews but was totally disappointed. The clothing, shoe etc. are great. But the atmosphere is very icy and uninviting. The two girls working there just stood and stared at me disagreeably the entire time I browsed. It was awkward and I felt like leaving from the first moment. Everything is very chic and beautiful, overall a good selection. But nothing here you can’t find at Saks or Madison Ave.

Giving this boutique 3 stars because of the amazing merch. However, if it were based on the customer service I’d give it a 1. I was in yesterday interested in a pair of Karen Walker sunglasses, and the girls couldn’t have been less helpful. The pair I bought was the last pair and they almost acted as if they didn’t even want me to buy them. I didn’t even get one smile out of them. Being someone who has worked in local boutiques for the past few years, I was kind of shocked that they didn’t offer to show me anything else or even make some small talk. Maybe they didn’t think I looked like I could afford to buy something in their store, so why bother? Anyway, this doesn’t change the fact that my sunglasses are amazing. I will try going again, and hopefully get some better service next time.

Tiny little women’s boutique next to Odin… don’t be fooled by the small square footage, all clothing and accessories were well chosen and displayed. The bags were unique and beautifully crafted, which is why I bought one, the sales associates were friendly and helpful. The dresses were a mix of small designers and more well known, like Alexander Wang. The place was charming and the perfect sister store to Odin.

Really Cute shop. I’ve always passed by and liked everything I saw in there. Kinda had a feeling the prices weren’t going to be exactly cheap, but 300 dollars for a plain white blouse? I know the cutting is unique and its probably hand stitched but id much rather get a less expensive blouse and have it tailored. They carry mostly brand names such as Phillip Lim and Rag and Bone If money landed from the sky one day I’m sure I’ll be the first one back, till then… I’ll just window shop as I pass by. You’ll find me in Venerios stuffing my face afterwards. Thank god cannolis are cheap.

If I were rolling in money, I would come and shop here all the time. This store is very chic and cute, and the saleslady greeted me cordially. Also, the store wasn’t empty and devoid of customers when I passed by it — a good sign since a lot of the expensive boutiques I see in NY are often empty. This store carries a lot of really nice labels — Alexander Wang, Phillip Lim, Rag and Bone, etc. However, expect items to be in the $ 100-$ 400 range though. There were a lot of simple yet chic dresses and tops here from the labels I mentioned above. But seriously though if you’re looking to splurge on some beautiful clothing(or if you’re already comfortably rich enough to shop in NY boutiques, in which case, I envy you!) take a look here!

Reppeto’s in my size on sale for 50% or less! The sales woman who helped me was amazing… very polite and helpful even though I was there for a bargain. The store itself is beautiful and the collections well edited. I will be back and sending friends.

Love the store! So many cute clothes, always in style and classy. It is pretty expensive though(even the sales rack). I did find these really cute pair of Rag and Bone jeans for $ 80(which were ~$ 200 at the West Village store). I always walk in and browse through in case there’s something special(and affordable)!: ]

dear god I love this store. I think I come in here about once a week to drool over the clothes, try them on, and never get anything(far to expenseive for me hence not five stars). Fortunately the girls who work here are really accommodating and share in my enthusiasm for what the sell. Last week was the first time I actually bought anything. In reward for my landed internship this summer I purchased a pair of gorgeous Rag and Bone white oxfords with a black toe and heel. Beautiful. I’m scared to wear them in fear or getting them dirty.

Nymag had a sale listed for the store. Turns out it was a misprint/typo and there wasn’t a significant sale. Regardless, my roommate and I browsed through the lovely store. The shopgirl was very nice, informed, and courteous. The selection is well-edited with brands I love like Vena Cava, Loeffler Randall, and Repetto. Unfortunately, I’m not the type to pay retail so only had a nice browse and then went on my merry way.
