Peiser Floors has also started a «green» initiative, offering reclaimed wood and eco-​friendly products as well new techniques.

Established in 1901.

Established in 1901 by Barry Peiser’s grandfather Irving, Peiser Floors has been serving New York City for over a century. Notable names and interior designers such as Parrish Hadley and Irving and Fleming, as well as an endless list of celebrities, and socialites have passed the name down for generations and continue to remain loyal to the original company.

Barry Peiser continues to practice an old-​world style of business. Working closely with clients and designers, he is known around town as a gentleman and a pleasure to work with, maintaining the qualities and high level of service set by his parents Sol and Shirley Peiser, and his grandfather Irving.
