Plaza Flowers

I received a gorgeous fragrant floral arrangement for my birthday on Monday. It’s Saturday and they’re still almost as beautiful as the first day. Your team is amazing! Not only is this the most beautiful arrangement I’ve received, but they pieced it together and delivered it within just 2 hours. My colleague who sent these to me had no clue it was my birthday. As soon as he found out that morning, he text his wife to order me flowers. Very impressive! I have 20 pics of different angles and a video — photos do it no justice. I’ll be sad when the very last flower dies. Job well done Plaza Flowers NYC!!! Thank you!
Update: I’m updating my review because didn’t bother reading previous reviews before initially posting mine. That’s how happy I was with my flowers! It’s disappointing to see that others, (who I’m sure had a great experience like me) haven’t shared or posted a positive review. The quality of their work and the flowers used are great! As stated earlier, they’re 5 days old and still appear as fresh as the first day.

Today I received an orchid from my sister (that she spent $ 300 on) and it looks like it came from Costco. Two stems that are completely sparse (no moss, curly willow, or anything!) A complete ripoff!

The window displays are what brought me in — the most gorgeous and inventive arrangements. But the price and quality will keep me from coming back. I ordered two very small bouquets for two dining tables — $ 150 each. They were very attractive if a bit heavy on the cheaper flowers but began wilting by day 2. I expect flower arrangements to last a week with watering as most do but not these. Perhaps if you’re a regular you get better service but I thought it was a waste of money given how many florists there are in the city.

I asked for a specific flower arrangement and was told they would be provided. They were not available the day I picked them up. To make matters worse the young lady at the young lady at the register was unprofessional and rude. Sorry I don’t fit your demographic but that doesn’t mean I can be treated this way.

I call these guys twice a month or so and it’s always bing, bang, boom. I call, they ask what I want, when I want it delivered (same day mostly) and how much I want to spend. Their work is beautiful and I love how reliable they are. They also have a no nonsense old school New York feel to them. (added bonus)

2 stars because their flowers are beautiful and presentation is incredible. (I had to give at least some credit).
2 stars because 1 head of Hydrangea is 25 dollars, Calla Lilies $ 12/​stem. Impossibly expensive. Unless you are independently wealthy, or feel OK spending some people’s annual salary on a bouquet, look elsewhere.
