Plump Dumpling

They messed up my order and didn’t deliver the drinks that I purchased with the meal. After I discovered, I called and informed them. The man took my information and told me he would get back to me.
15 minutes later, no call. I called back and asked if the drinks would be re-​delivered. A woman picked up and said they would be.
45 minutes after my initial call, I called to check on the drinks .The man said they were coming; they were just busy.
1:15 after I called again to check on status. Note this is now hours after my initial order. The woman picks up and literally YELLS at me that the delivery guy said he gave me the drinks in the bag. First of all, I am literally holding the bag with no drinks. Second of all, why would you tell me the drinks were on their way when they clearly weren’t only to argue with me an hour later. There was no reasoning with her, she kept seriously yelling at me. I still have not received my drinks.
RIDICULOUS.
