I’ve been blessed to have received salon services throughout the globe… and this the only salon I’ve been to where they don’t soak your nails at least in warm water and soap before doing a manicure. They simply use the normal cuticle gel. See my picture to see how well that works. The woman I received was lovely. Walk in during after work hours was easy. Very quick manicure. But the quality(other than the thorough buff) just wasn’t there. Won’t be returning. Don’t recommend using them.

Really clean, relaxing environment with a nice selection of essie nail polishes. Solid(standard) manicure for $ 15. Good place to pop into after work(or on lunch break). Staff is all really friendly and accommodating and they do a great job. They don’t do back massages while your color dries(I’m guessing they would if you ask) so if you’re into that sorta thing, you may want to ask(and may have to pay extra — not sure). I would totally go back for either a regular mani or a gel.

Very clean which I love. Nice staff. I just wish the prices would come down. Very expensive for a mani pedi. Continue to go back because location is great but can’t go as often as I like because it’s to pricey for the basics.

Best gel manicure in the neighborhood, definitely not the cheapest. But certainly my go-to place near my office. Every staff member is very nice, the salon is super clean and relaxing. Pedicure chairs are super comfortable. There’s almost never a wait, and it’s worth the money for a tad nicer experience than some of the other salons in the area.

This place would be getting 1 star if Unilocal allowed it. I never, EVER, write reviews, but this needed to be said. I came here on a Sunday afternoon and by Monday morning my nails were completely chipped. It looks as if I got my nails done over 2 weeks ago! For paying a significant amount of money and also paying $ 10(almost the charge of my manicure) to have my gels removed — this place is not worth the price or your time. There’s many other great nail salons in the area for the same price that give you a MUCH better service and nails stay the way they should for an adequate amount of time.

It was fast — 45 minutes for filing, cutting, painting, and drying. The price was a little higher than I normally pay($ 14) but the experience was nice and not pushy. I would recommend this place if you’re in the area.

Love it! It’s nice and quiet and there is never a wait. The massage chairs are awesome! The extra massage is definitely worth it!

This place is much better than the reviews. I came here early on a Friday– 3 pm ish and got Carmen for a manicure. She was very fast, and detailed oriented. I choose the lavendar/white-ish color of «Hubby for Dessert»(ha) and it was really lovely. Not to mention her mani lasted a while without any chips(in day 4, still looks great!). The salon was clean, and spacious and big. I’d recommend coming here for good service– though i’ll mention, it is definitely on the pricey side. It was $ 15, sans tip for a mani plus quick dry which is expensive for off-peak(not a weekend day).

This is my favorite nail place. Relaxing 99.9% of the time. They do such a great job, I’m always happy with it when I’m done and I acutally get compliments on my nails now. After having gone to less expensive nail salons, I’ve determined this is the best place to go if I want a great job done. It’s well worth the price to be able to relax, since that’s half the point of going. Also VERY clean. They actually use the disposable buffers and such, which I love. Definitely worth trying and sticking to.

One of the most serene nail places in the city! Luckily, it’s not located in a hustlin’ and bustlin’ part of the city. The service there is the best and they massage your feet while you get your nails painted. What more could you ask for? The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they have a very wide variety of colors to choose from. I love it here!

This is a small but very clean and chic nail salon. It is peaceful. You face a gigantic fish tank while you are getting a pedicure. The instruments are sterile, individualized and clean. The staff is very nice and friendly. I had a manicure and pedicure last week. I still have my polish on despite dish washing and showering.

I’m a stickler about reviews but moving to the area brought me to this place. After weeks of passing Polaris on my way home, I finally stopped in. It is clean, and the people do a great and efficient manicure. Yes its a little on the higher end price wise but they don’t charge to fix chipped nails which is a big plus in my book. The staff is friendly and try to do they’re best and make you feel comfortable and happy. There was a really obnoxious overweight woman when I went in who was yelling at everyone, but that did ruin my experience there. The staff handled it appropriately and tried to make her happy. They have a large selection of gel colors which is a plus and they spray this quick dry spray on your nails to help protect them. I will be back!

Really nice place — they took me right away and did a meticulous, yet fast job. Great color selection that’s well organized, and it’s a relaxing, clean, and cute spot. For $ 13, I think it was well worth it!

The technician you have can make or break your experience and mine broke it. I won’t be coming back. Nice space though.

I’ve had Lama and Añu and both were great with my cuticles and worked in a clean and thorough manner. I found my new nail place, yay!

I had the worst technician. I never felt so rushed. Mani and Pedi combined barely took 30 min. Cuticle trimming was uneven, kept painting on my skin, thick coats of color could not dry properly… Everyone else seemed calm and detailed oriented I’m not sure where’s the fire with this one. My hot towel looked, grey, not grey naturally. There was even a long stand of hair in it that got massaged into my hand ewwww. While the color selection was decent. Many bottles should be replaced with new/fresh ones already. I did not recognize the brand of the base or top coat either. Regret trying this place

Walked here from school. Five days later and both manicure and pedicure still look fresh. Service was quick but not in a rushed sense, the environment was relaxing(at least at 3 pm on a weekday), and the nail polish color selection was decent(lots of Essie and a some O.P.I.) Even though the price was a little above my usual range($ 40 w/o tip), I’d come back.

Decent place for a pedicure. Cleaner than many places in Manhattan. $ 49 for«spa» pedicure which, as far as I can tell, distinguishes itself from a regular by a 10 min massage and some odd thick squishy(aloe Vera ?) gel to stick your feet in, which I did not find particularly pleasant. Very good selection of Opi and Essie nail polish. It’s quiet and no TV or creepy middle-age men lording over the Asian women workers. Not bad. Better than Clover Nails.

Stumbled upon this place after brunch at Almond next door. The salon is very clean and very pretty, refreshing after some of the more bare bones places I’ve been frequenting in NYC. Since it was a lazy Saturday in the dead of winter, I splurged on the $ 47 spa pedicure. It’s more than I usually spend, but it was worth every penny. The technician applied a peel to the bottoms of my feet and then they were submerged in the most amazing gel bath. It felt so cool. I could have wiggled my toes around in there all afternoon. She buffed my feet, applied a scrub to my feet and calves and gave me a very nice massage. I was walking on air. The polish application was great too. Large selection of Essie polish. Wish they had more OPI. Great service, nice people. I definitely come back when I’m looking to splurge.
