We provide prenatal childbirth (better than ‘Lamaze’!), baby care, CPR, and breastfeeding classes for the expectant couple.

We also support parents with moms groups, breastfeeding help, toddler talks, and safe sitter classes. We have locations in Tribeca, Lower East Side, Chelsea, Upper East Side, Fort Greene and Jersey City.

Our teachers are the most knowledgeable and experienced educators in the city and incorporate the best of the various methods.

History

Established in 2010.

Pregnancy & Parenting is an outgrowth of Tribeca Pediatrics’ commitment to supporting and educating parents. Dr Michel Cohen, founder of Tribeca Pediatrics, brought in author and renowned NYC childbirth and parent educator Erica Lyon to develop the educational programs for expectant and new parents. The education programs are open to the public.
