Prominent Cleaning

Fair warning… The old adage of «you get what you pay for» couldn’t be more true than it is with Prominent. The cleaners are nice and all, but they’re just not that good at what they do unfortunately. Many people may not look at cleaning as something that takes a lot of effort, but there’s definitely a skill to it if you want it done right. Everything from getting streaks and fingerprints off of our lobby and elevator doors, to polishing our steel surfaces, to basic mopping is subpar. When it comes to stripping, waxing and buffing a floor I’m totally convinced that they have no idea what they are doing. Or maybe they’re used to dealing with other buildings that don’t mind having dirt and coins waxed into their floors. Of course bringing any complaints up to management results in someone coming and staring at the dirt and streak marks on your floors for about a minute and then asking «what’s wrong with it exactly?», while somehow pointing the finger at you like their incompetence is your fault. Pretty frustrating. One of their supervisors left a notebook for us to write down complaints about a year ago, which is full and I’m guessing he forgot about. (Was trying to post this with zero stars by the way, but Unilocal!pretty much forces you to select at least one)
