Pleasantly surprised after reading the other reviews. Needed a drug screening test, arrived at 10 without an appointment and walkers out at 10:08.

Horrible! Had a 10:00 apt and was not seen till 11:45! They took patients without an apt before me, and told me there’s nothing they could do. What’s the point in having an apt?! They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience or the wait. Awful! Go to another place.

What’s the point in making an appointment if you have to wait an hour and a half after the scheduled time? Unacceptable.

I had to get a drug test for a new job, (I passed, yay!) and this is where they sent me. They were extremely efficient, and quite friendly. What more can you ask for?
