Designed for the busy New Yorker, R.U.S.H. delivers short, high intensity (HIIT) semi-​private workouts that build strength, develop lean muscle, and raise your metabolic rate for maximum calorie burn. In our interactive small group environment, our fitness experts motivate you to consistently improve and reach your true potential. Get ready to Rev Up and Sweat Hard.

We believe that 30 minutes of maximum effort is more effective than an hour+ of moderate intensity. With 6 different types of sessions to choose from, ranging from Abs & Cardio HIIT to bootcamp training, you simply decide when you want to train and show up ready to work.

Beginners focus on learning proper technique while developing their primary strength and improving areas of weakness. Experienced clients will be challenged to Rev Up and Sweat Hard! Our members receive a personalized training plan along with workouts and corrective exercises as well as nutrition training and advice.

Opened in May of 2013 and relocated to Flatiron /​Chelsea in 2014, R.U.S.H. is a brand new private training studio offering a unique program with exciting, effective and creative workouts that GET RESULTS!
