I’ve been here several times and usually get great service with people who go above and beyond to get me a great deal and usually get me to buy coverage plans, cases, the whole nine! But today, I went to buy a phone case because it’s where I originally bought mine, and Jacsse, their sales associate provided me with their new standard of service. She handed me the wrong case (they’re all locked) and when I told her I was looking for the iPhone 6 incipio stowaway case, she told me to take the one she had handed me because it was the same brand (though not the same case). I told her if she could please look again and she said «you said incipio case that’s an incipio case» with a bad attitude and rolled her eyes. So I asked for her name and told her I’d be reporting her. So I will be. Never visiting this store again, while she works there.

I went first time with a RadioShack soldering iron that never worked on the first time. The staff there was clueless and didn’t even try to help (it’s their product!). Last time I went to shop for some electronic parts and the staffs are chatting loudly across my face with me in between and not even bother asking if I need help finding stuff.
The DIY electronics section are huge, but only basic components are available. i.e. you can’t get a female-​to-​female jumper wires there. Not exactly a place for DIYers unless you are really desperate and in a rush like I was.

Having dealt with this dump for years, only out of convenience, I should have known better. Yet, I needed speaker wire in a hurry and thought I could get some here without a hassle. No such luck. Today the selection was mislabeled on the wall with the wrong prices, causing me to turn down items at the register twice. On top of it, their typically SLOW staff is always busy talking ad nauseum with some customer about things that make waiting to checkout an eternity. Seriously, start a SEPARATE LINE for people activating phones or requiring any other customer service. They’re holding the rest of us up. Well, not me, not anymore anyway. I’ve given this waste of space my patronage for the very last time.
