Beautiful furniture horrible after sales and delivery. We ordered a new bed, fantasq, a new design that took along time to arrive. When it finally arrived the installation was awful, the bed was faulty as it wasn’t made to the spec for a king bed leaving gaping holes on the sides and slats that sloshed around. Worse than an ikea bed. The after sales person Hanane asmama was horrible. She was rude, uncommunicative, had zero practical solutions and I found after spending a serious amount of money on multiple orders this company doesn’t care about the customer service or satisfaction. The sales people were nice but forget anything after you have paid — delivery, issues after sales and problems with orders will make your life so stressful. After 7 months of waiting from order to delivery and technicians visits to assess and verify the faults we have no solution. I’m horrified a company that feels it’s a luxury brand treats its clients and its products with such disrespect. I could not recommend purchasing anything from this store and would not wish this experience on anyone.

This has to be the most beautiful furniture store I have ever been in to.
They even made me like Orange on a sofa.
The designs look like they belong in an art museum. The Mah Jong sofa is one of my favorite items, and the Jean Paul Gaultier limited edition version is unbelievably gorgeous. The quality of this furniture made in France and Italy is impeccable and It is well worth the high price-​tag if you really want a «Keeper» piece of furniture that is functional and unique. They also have gorgeous lamps and rugs.
The styles here runs the gamut from old world French to ultra modern.
The salespeople are super friendly as well, which is refreshing given the couture atmosphere of the merchandise.

Fantastic furniture, very poor customer service. The phone is not answered for long periods of time. There is no follow through on fabric samples. Do not know their own product line and which pieces can be done in fabric or not, if shown on the floor in leather. Placed a huge order through the Atlanta store because the NYC store is so incredibly incompentent.

My husband and I just had a great experience at Roche Bobois. We were greeted by a very courteous salesperson and when we explained that we wanted to do a ‘once around’ the store before having our questions answered, no problem we were left alone. After about half an hour ‘Brennan Bohman’ checked in with us again and thus began the next 2 hours of choosing several pieces for our living room in a new home build.
I can’t say enough about Brennan… We arrived with our architectural plans and explained to Brennan what we thought we were looking for. He gave us several suggestions for furniture layout and with explanation gently steered us away from choices that he felt wouldn’t work. His background in architecture and interior design were invaluable choosing color, fabric/​texture, and figuring out scale.
The end result is that we have several pieces on order… Lagune couch with square corner in Tenderesse Leather 763, 2 ‘Spirale’ Armchairs in Jersey 17 and a couple more things! The quality of the furniture is impressive and we expect ‘years’ of comfort from it.
We are so excited about our furniture and can’t wait for it’s arrival in our new home.

In my opinion, this is one of the most decadent and beautiful stores for home décor today. Roche Bobois entered my lexicon when I saw a feature on them in a UK magazine a few weeks back. One piece in particular, the Jean Paul Gaultier couch, jumped out at me as being a really amazing piece of furniture. Check it out: (

Unfortunately I didn’t get it (nor did I want to drop $ 15 000 on a couch!), but it was quite cool to take a look up close. Of course, there’s tons more stuff for your home aside from this piece, but in general everything is prohibitively expensive. Still, it’s well worth a walk through for inspiration!

Beautiful furniture, a fusion of classic and modern design, incredibly helpful staff, and shipping options on almost everything. Two stories of ‘wow’ that certainly bests Crate & Barrel or Pottery Barn in terms of quality and customer service.
High prices be damned, the salespeople were low pressure and knew when to talk and when to allow you to browse… a rarity amongst high end furniture stores. If and when I decide to purchase a new home and redesign, I’d certainly have no hesitation about contact Glen or any other the other great staff members at Roche.
