Strongly discourage you from using these lawyers. Closed an apartment purchase with them. They were unresponsive. I had an issue that i needed some guidance on post closing and after leaving 3 messages, they did not have the courtesy of returning my call. Instead they just sent the Offering Document in the mail. In a service oriented business to not return a client’s call is just not acceptable. In addition, during the closing process they paid no attention to detail. I found myself doing most of the leg work — checking and double checking closing costs that they just fowarded onto me without even glancing at incorrect calculations. Your home purchase is an important event — make sure you get good counsel.
