They charged me $ 70 to groom my very small dog. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a groomers. His hair was completely uneven. I asked them to fix it, which I never do, and it came back just as bad if not worse. He’s a spaniel and they cut the parts that are supposed to be kept long and kept long the parts that are supposed to be short. He looks ridiculous. There was also dog pee all over the store– in the aisles and in the room with the dogs at daycare. I’m now going to have to 1) bathe him again so he doesn’t smell like urine and 2) consider if I want to pay to have it fixed at another groomers or let it grow out like this. For this price, you should definitely go elsewhere.

This is my favorite spot to get my dogs favorite treats. they always carry all top brands of dog food and dog treats. Jorge. Is always super helpful and very knowledgeable of the dog industry. I recommend their competitive prices on most dog food and most dog treats.

After two successful visits here I went out of my way to return and they weren’t open when they said they would be/​times posted on door. Waited around for 30 min thinking maybe the shop keeper was just running late, but no one showed up. Hope the shop cat gets fed when no one shows up.

I don’t mean to «pet» anyone’s ego, but there’s no bones to be picked with this shop! (Unless you’re literally looking for bones, which they have a variety of.)
Royal Pet Care just opened in the neighborhood, and provide a one-​stop shop for all your furry little friend’s needs maintenance! They have rows upon rows of dog, cat, bird and reptile food; along with dashing doggie clothes.
I came here at the recommendation of a friend that lives nearby and is an expert on all things hairy (myself included — but hey, they don’t call me The Vanilla Gorilla for nothing!) looking for a raincoat for my little Cleo, a rescued 3 month old West Highland Terrier mix that’s afraid of everything, INCLUDING the rain — literally. I found a perfectly fitting pink reflective rain coat with fleece interior so the little princess stays warm and happily marching about the ‘hood without any cause to paws. (err… pause.)
Browsing the aisles I see they have a full doggie day /​overnight care, clean and it looked like the dogs were enjoying themselves. The employee also informed me they offer dog grooming packages, such as a full grooming package that includes clipping, shampoo, trim, teeth and cleaning everything else you can imagine (some you may not want to imagine) for only around 65 $! Full day care around same price. Score! The staff was extremely friendly, and the gentleman helping me was a good boy. Such a good boy! Yes you are! Yes you are!
Always love supporting local businesses, and with the growing furball population in West Harlem, this place hits the spot!

This place is a wonderful neighborhood store with wonderful prices and more wonderful staff. They’re willing to order you anything you need but their selection is chock full of great healthy brand pet food as it is. I am so thrilled they came to Harlem!
