Dr. Rubin Frenkel graduated Medical School in 1985 and did his residency at Beth Israel Medical Center, started private practice in Brooklyn in 1997. Dr. Frenkel has over 20 years of experience, he is affiliated with Lenox Hill Hospital where he performs his surgeries and delivers pregnant patients.
