I have been working with Robert Parry as both employee and employer for the past 10 years. Mr Parry has always found me exceptional staff as well as thoroughly assisted me with my own employment searches. He listens to what my needs are and has been able to pinpoint which jobs would be interesting for me. He also has a lot of exclusive clients that many agencies do not have as well as a proven track record of providing the best candidates for my own staffing needs.
Attentive, friendly, intelligent, professional, the list goes on…
Not sure how this agency could get less than 5 stars; they are the absolute best domestic employment agency on the east coast.

I find it interesting that this company recently changed their name to Society Staffing. I wonder if it has anything to do with all the terrible reviews saying how awful this company is. I also found it interesting how many negative reviews have been filtered or flagged for removal. Word to the wise– avoid Society Staffing, I’m sure it’s the same terrible service just with a different name.

I’ve been in the field many years, with top employers in NYC, and never knew anyone who actually used this agency. I was seeking new employment and felt that, given a tough economy, it might be wise to branch out and see that other agencies offered.
After a two hour wait to see Mr. Parry, I was ushered into a crowded office where I was interviewed in a whisper. The experience was awkward and unpleasant, and despite a few promising leads, the office and staff were very poor at follow up. They have mostly third tier job listings, so it’s not the place to advance an already excellent career. I wouldn’t return to them the next time I am seeking a new position.

If I could rate RWP Solutions lower I would!
I had first met with one of Robert’s associates who immediately knew I’d be perfect for several positions they had then had me meet w/Robert and again all went smashing. Was told they would submit my resume and when I had followed up it never was this song & dance had continued. Finally I had meet w/2 companies they loved me however Robert stated otherwise. Later I had found out that Robert was honest about my back ground and they choose the other candidate something out of my hands.
I’ve since seen many jobs, applied online, called, emailed and to no avail not one reply to any of my calls/emails. What kind of organization is this that can get away with treating people like this especially when they have such amazing backgrounds?
If you’d like guidance on finding top notch agencies do not hesitate to ask.

I met with David over a month ago. He was very helpful and nice. He asked that I send him more information on relevant experience and they will help me «create» and incorporate that information to my current resume. I sent him my information that evening… until this day, I still have not heard anything from his company. I’ve emailed twice and called twice but to no avail. I would understand if there are no opportunites for me, but to ask me to send him more information and offer to incorporate that information to my current resume and not hear from his company truly upsets me. It’s funny that we spoke about customer service at my appointment and here we are… still no email or phone call back. How’s that for customer service?
