Sapphire Property Group

Our condo board hired Sapphire Property group to manage our small building in Bushwick. From day one, it was a nightmare. From what we understand the company is run by 2 people and they are quite unorganized. It felt as though we were managing Sapphire rather than them managing our buildings needs. We could never get a hold of anyone in the office and Daniel, the owner, was often out of the country or blatantly ignored WEEKS of emails and phone calls.
Essentially every bill in our building wasn’t addressed until we got a notice on our building front door threatening to turn off our water, electricity etc. our insurance policy ran out without Daniel noticing.
When we finally were able to get a hold of him, we just asked to be released from our contract because we felt a complete mis trust and mis management of our money and building. I do not recommend using this company.
