Dr. Stromer is an outstanding doctor. He is also kind, caring and compassionate. He also takes the time to give a patient a thoughtful and thorough answer to any concerns.

LOVELOVELOVE Dr. Stromer! He is so funny and kind: always ready to answer any questions I had. I was very pleased with the fact that his office has an emergency line. Dr. Stromer was very good at getting back to me. He’s also very experienced. I had a very smooth delivery thanks to him.

Wow… I never expected to see any poor reviews on Dr. Stromer. He has been my doctor for 18 years. Yes, 18 years… I LOVE him. He is such a nice gentle man. He has delivered thousands of healthy children including my son. As a matter of fact, he truly loves the mitzvah of bringing a baby into the world for many couples. He is an excellent OB-GYN. My prenatal care was great and while my delivery was normal, he had to basically do it alone as another woman in the ward had a serious medical emergency and all the nurses were attending to her. I am sorry these people had bad experiences but I do not feel the same and I have 18 years to reflect on a doctor –patient relationship with Dr. Stromer.

Nice man but was really trying to sell me on bringing my business to him. That was weird. You go in for a specific treatment and you get a sales pitch on why he’s better and can do more for you than other doctors. Also, a friend of mine pointed me to this link. The site itself is like a BBB for NY doctors.
The above link basically says, «Action: Censure and reprimand with non disciplinary conditions for three years. The physician’s period of monitoring ended May 13, 2002. Misconduct Description: The physician admitted he could not successfully defend against the charge of negligence on more than one occasion. »
