Lived here for 2 years and never going back. The apt renovation were nice, but cheap. Repairs took forever. Security is b. s…my stuff got stolen while i was moving in, and i’m no rookie at this. The nieghborhood is trying to gentrify but the boys on the block wont allow that to happen, lol. All in all, nice apt but too expensive for the cheap renovations, crappy building, rough neighborhood but great location for transportation, terrible management. The biggest plus is that if you get shot, Harlem Hospital is a few blocks away, along with StarBucks.

Rats, thugs, guns! In the winter time it’s quiet, clean, etc. but if it’s not extremely cold then you’ll have huge roaches and spiders in your apartment 24⁄7. They have rats and mice throughout the building. The staircases are atrocious and smell of urine. Let’s not forget about the occasional gun shots, I heard shots on 3 different occasions this month alone. They have unarmed security in the complex but the thugs curse out and scare the «security guards»!!! It’s crazy! Other reviews are right, the management never fixes a thing, they’re greedy, and the place is overpriced (supply & demand). Security, along with me and my friends walking in a group doesn’t scare the thugs either!
