If you’re a Philly transplant in NYC like me, this place has some epic cheesesteaks(by NY standards)

If you’re looking for a cheap place to eat aside from all the franchise chains in the area, this is the place to be. From all day breakfast to your typical deli items, this place has it all. My go to meal is the Turkey and Bacon Panini. It has never been a disappointment. The wait is usually a little lengthy so if you can’t tolerate that, then this place isn’t the place for you.

Just had the worst experience trying to order food from here and waiting longer than usual for the delivery and I’m a block away. One of the owners is rude and crude just because I’ve decided to come in person and order something else. He is a jerk and doesn’t believe the customer is always right. Picked and argument with me because I wanted something else.

Friendly staff and fantastic, inexpensive breakfast, lunch, and late night snack food. I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express(W48th between 10th&11th) and came here several times for breakfast and cheesecake. Bagels were very fresh and tasty. I had the whole wheat and everything bagels which were both very good. My first breakfast/lunch(so not an early person…) was bagels with the veggie tuna salad. I’ve never had carrots in tuna salad before but it was excellent. The tuna has a great mix of fresh veggies and a very light amount of mayo. A small container was the perfect amount for two bagels. I also tried their bagel with cream cheese and lox which was also wonderful; good amount of both ingredients. So how I managed to get out of Manhattan without buying any clothing, shoes, etc. but alas, leaving without a souvenir was NOTANOPTION! Thus, what better souvenir than New York style cheesecake? While they weren’t pretty after being tossed around at two airports, the plain cheesecake that made it back to IL was delicious! I highly recommend getting their cheesecake. Prices were extremely reasonable. My two bagels with tuna(small deli container) came to $ 7 and the lox + a drink was just under $ 8. Very reasonable and a nice option to the standard free breakfast offerings at hotels. Their sandwiches looked very good as well and they have a smoothie and juice bar too. I was tempted to get a juice or smoothie but it was a vacation… I was very pleased to see all the fresh ingredients so if I’m in the mood next time, I’ll definitely have to get a fresh juice. Prices are good. Staff is friendly and efficient. Great deli for locals or tourists.

We went here for breakfast several times during our stay in nyc, the skyline deli was very close to our hotel. Efficient and friendly service kept us coming back. We had bagels, breakfast sandwiches on rolls, and omelets. Nice way to start the morning. We didnt get to have lunch there but their menu looks good and everything in the display case was fresh and arranged attractively. I did order a juice that ended up being more of a smoothie, but it was good. The guy running the cash register and taking orders is a multitasker extraordinaire. There are no tables but you can bring your food to the square just a block towards times square. We would visit again if we are ever back in the neighborhood.

I went there daily for food and more coffee. They make your sandwiches fresh after you order them. They have breakfast, lunch, dinner, deserts, and generally the groceries you might want. Their coffee is good t

Best lemon chicken sandwich ever! Cheap, freshly made, and absolutely delicious. They have good coffee, a nice variety of basic groceries and nothing is really overpriced. I think that the staff were helpful and gave nice and pretty fast service. Try their lemon chicken hero and you can die happy!

Best deli in the area, if your near come here, I always get great service and any order customer to whatever request I make. The food is awesome and the prices are in line with the rest of the area’s deli’s. It’s family owned and their services show it. Must try!

Want a delicious sandwich around 1 am in the middle of a blizzard? This is your place to go to! I stayed in the Skyline Hotel so I practically lived at the Deli. The guys are awesome and very friendly. The food is great and you can choose between a lot of options. Totally recommend them.

I love this place for many reasons. The food is absolutely delicious! They make everything fresh and right in front of you. Everything looks amazing from the salads, sandwiches and sides and not forget to talk about the bomb diggity Mac and cheese. I also love the price of everything and the staff is super friendly. I also appreciate how they are open late for those night birds. Overall… its a must go to spot in Hell’s Kitchen.

Well organized corner deli at 49th&10th. The breakfast clientele(2 times I was there) was construction workers from the projects across the street. The line moves quickly. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food is on the high end for such outlets. My Sausage, Egg and Cheese on an Onion Bagel was above average. Muffins mass produced and big. Coffee decent. The prices are remarkably modest. Can’t do much better than Skyline Gourmet for a 24⁄7 eats and drinks.

Yum for their breakfast sandwiches — here’s why: This spot is in a medium level food desert — and hungover CC was looking for a big breakfast. I got a gatorade and a sausage/egg/cheese on a roll for less than $ 6. ‘Twas delicious. thanks Skyline!
